Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our products and services
Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. An NDA can be reviewed and signed before confidential drawings, artwork or product information are shared. The agreement should identify the parties, protected information, permitted project use, confidentiality period and any exclusions. Please send the NDA early so it does not delay quotation or development.
Do you retain specifications for repeat orders?
Approved specifications, artwork placement and relevant production records can be retained to support repeat orders. Before each reorder, material availability, color, packaging, price and lead time are reconfirmed because suppliers and production conditions may change. A new approval may be required if any component or specification changes.
What should I do if I identify a quality problem after delivery?
Contact us promptly with the purchase order, affected quantity, carton or batch details, photographs, videos and a clear description of the issue. We will review the evidence against the approved specification, inspection records and contract terms. Any replacement, credit or other remedy is determined from the verified cause and agreed sales terms.
Can you arrange international shipping or work with my freight forwarder?
Yes. We can coordinate shipment with your nominated freight forwarder or discuss available courier, air or sea options through logistics partners. The appropriate method depends on carton volume, weight, destination, delivery deadline and budget. Freight arrangements are confirmed separately from production timing.
Which Incoterms can you quote?
Available Incoterms depend on the destination, shipment method and agreed responsibilities. Tell us your preferred term and delivery location when requesting a quotation. The final Incoterm, named place, freight scope, insurance responsibility and destination charges will be stated in the quotation or contract.
What export documents can you provide?
Standard shipment documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list and transport document such as a bill of lading or air waybill. Certificates of origin or other destination-specific documents can be discussed when required. Availability, format, legalization and related fees must be confirmed before shipment.
Which markets do you ship to, and are import duties included?
We support customers in Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other international markets. Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees and destination charges are included only when the confirmed Incoterm specifically assigns them to the seller. Buyers should verify local import requirements before ordering.
What factory certifications and social-compliance audits do you have?
Available factory documentation may include ISO 9001, BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, SA8000 and ISO 14001 records, subject to the current validity, site scope and customer requirements. Ask our team for the latest applicable documents rather than relying only on certification logos displayed online.
Can you provide material certificates and product test reports?
We can provide available supplier or material documentation and coordinate testing for the specific order where required. A certificate for one material or supplier does not automatically cover every finished product. Document validity, test scope, product construction and destination-market requirements must be reviewed for each project.
Can cooler and lunch bag linings be tested for the intended application?
Yes. Lining and insulation materials can be selected and tested according to the intended product use and destination requirements. Please tell us whether food will contact the lining directly or remain inside separate containers. The applicable test plan and claims must be confirmed before production.
