Short-pile plush around 3 mm is a starting point for defined facial details; curly plush creates the fluffy appearance shown. Polyester fiberfill can be specified separately, with filling adjusted to balance shape and weight.

Yes. A detachable version allows the plush to be used separately, while a sewn attachment keeps the character permanently connected. For a removable design, we recommend a fitted fabric carrier with short fastening tabs. The attachment should hold the toy without obstructing the zipper or shoulder straps.

Start with the intended age group, wearer measurements and items the bag needs to hold. Specify backpack body dimensions, shoulder-strap width and adjustment range separately. Review the fit and total weight with the plush attached, since the toy changes the product’s overall depth and weight distribution.

We recommend embroidery for bold logos and woven labels for smaller lettering. A smooth fabric patch is a practical option for detailed printed artwork. Place branding on a visible backpack panel, side label or the toy’s clothing, and check that the attached plush does not cover it.

Yes. An internal slip pocket can separate small flat items, while a divider can organize the main compartment. If a bottle holder is required, develop it around the specified bottle dimensions. Confirm usable space and zipper access with the intended contents before finalizing the interior layout.
