Cotton lining provides a finished interior and accommodates sewn-in pockets. An unlined version offers simpler construction, while a removable base insert helps maintain shape. Select these options according to the contents, presentation requirements and target cost.

We recommend screen printing for bold logos and solid-color graphics. For fine lettering or intricate artwork, consider a printed cotton panel or woven label. The selected material, artwork size and sample determine the final result.

Custom orders start from 100 pieces per design. For smaller production runs, we recommend considering available fabric colors and standard trims. Specially sourced materials or custom components may affect the final minimum quantity.

Samples typically require 5–15 working days after materials and specifications are confirmed. Bulk production generally takes 30–45 days after sample approval. Changes to the material, construction or artwork may require a revised sample and schedule.

Flat bulk packing suits promotional distribution and reduces individual packaging. Branded hangtags and individual packing suit private-label collections or corporate gifts. For bags supplied with base inserts, the packing arrangement should be confirmed during sample development.
