Yes. We develop the internal dimensions and opening around your actual containers, including caps and pumps. The sample should close comfortably when filled, without forcing the zipper or distorting the panels. For a carry-on liquids version, the product arrangement must also remain within the required quart-size format.

For simple logos and text, we recommend screen printing with an ink system suitable for the selected clear PVC. Position the logo near a corner or lower edge to keep the contents visible. Approve a print sample on the actual film to check opacity, adhesion and flexibility before production.

Options include zipper-tape color, puller style, edge-binding color and woven labels attached to the fabric trim. Matching zipper and binding colors create a coordinated appearance; contrasting trim highlights your brand colors. For a clear travel pouch, we recommend concentrating decorative details on the trim and keeping the main panels largely transparent.

The PVC panels resist water, but an ordinary zipper and seam construction should not be treated as watertight. The bag is intended to organize toiletries rather than contain loose liquids. Use securely closed bottles, and place products prone to leaking in a separate sealed pouch.
