A smooth polyester lining is a practical starting point for everyday cosmetic storage. If easier cleaning is a priority, consider a coated lining with a wipe-clean surface. A lighter lining color also makes small items easier to locate. Coated lining does not make the finished bag leakproof.

Screen printing is a suitable starting point for simple, one- or two-color logos. For detailed or multicolor artwork, consider a nylon-compatible heat transfer. A woven label provides an alternative sewn-on finish. The selected process must suit the actual fabric and coating; approve the logo on a material sample.

Yes. Options include matching or contrasting zipper tape, alternative puller shapes and gold-tone or silver-tone finishes. For this compact design, we recommend a stock puller with a small printed logo or woven label. A custom-molded branded puller is another option, with separate tooling requirements.

Yes. Supply a Pantone reference or physical color swatch for matching. For smaller orders, we recommend reviewing available fabric colors first. If custom dyeing is required, the fabric minimum and development time must be confirmed separately. Approve a physical fabric swatch rather than relying on screen colors.

Yes. Options include woven labels, hangtags, individual bags and custom gift boxes. For pouches that will be inserted into larger gift sets, simple protective packaging is usually sufficient. For individually presented gifts, consider a branded box sized around the filled pouch.
