• Outer fabric: Polyester suits printed designs and everyday use; corduroy provides a distinctive textured finish.
• Insulation: EPE foam thickness can be adjusted to balance insulation, bag bulk and cost.
• Inner lining: Aluminum-foil lining is an economical option, while PEVA provides a smooth, wipe-clean interior.

For everyday commuting, we recommend a polyester exterior, 5 mm EPE foam and PEVA lining as a starting combination. Final materials and thickness are confirmed during sampling, allowing sufficient internal space for your lunch containers.

Yes. All-over patterns and logo printing are available for suitable fabrics. Pattern scale, colors and logo placement are confirmed during sampling.
