Yes. For this design, we recommend 600D polyester with 5 mm EPE foam and a PEVA lining as the starting construction. For a version requiring additional insulation, consider 8 mm EPE while maintaining sufficient internal space. Increasing foam thickness adds bulk; it does not establish a guaranteed cooling duration.

We recommend sealed reusable ice packs for a conventional zippered version. They avoid loose meltwater that could escape through seams or the closure. A loose-ice version requires a welded liner designed to contain water; a fully leakproof backpack also needs a watertight closure.

Yes. For taller bottles, increase the usable internal height. For wide lunch containers, increase the base width or depth. The compartment should accommodate the intended contents together with the ice packs. We recommend a rectangular base for meal containers because it provides a straightforward packing layout.

For a simple one- or two-color logo, we recommend screen printing on the front pocket. For gradients, photographs or detailed multicolor artwork, choose heat transfer after confirming fabric compatibility. For a raised, textured appearance, choose an embroidered patch attached to the outer pocket before assembly.

Yes. We recommend one insulated main compartment, a separate uninsulated front pocket and external mesh pockets. Use the main compartment for chilled contents, the front pocket for utensils and small accessories, and the mesh pockets for frequently accessed items. A separate insulated compartment can also be developed, but it will occupy additional space.

Start with the existing bag pattern, an available fabric color, standard zippers and webbing, and one front logo. Simplify decorative patches, custom hardware and gift packaging first. These choices reduce custom sourcing and assembly work while preserving the insulation and carrying structure. The most economical logo method will depend on the artwork and order quantity.
