For economical promotional orders, we recommend polyester with EPE foam and aluminum-foil lining. For frequent daily use, PEVA lining provides a smooth, wipe-clean interior. Foam thickness is selected according to the required insulation, usable capacity and target cost.

Screen printing suits simple spot-color logos; heat transfer is an option for detailed or multicolor artwork. The final method depends on fabric compatibility.
